Terms of Service

Article 1: Acceptance of Terms

By using INJECT: Speed Read+, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this agreement. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

Article 2: The Service & Local Processing

INJECT: Speed Read+ is a cognitive productivity and rapid serial visual presentation (RSVP) application.

• Free Tier: The App provides a free metered tier allowing up to 10,000 words or 3 articles to be processed per day.
• Local Processing: To prioritize user privacy and data security, INJECT: Speed Read+ is designed as a local-first application. Text inputs, clipboard data, and file imports are processed on your device.

Article 3: Premium Subscriptions and Billing

INJECT: Speed Read+ offers an optional Premium subscription (available on a monthly or yearly basis) that unlocks unlimited daily word counts, unlimited article processing, and advanced configurations. By choosing to upgrade to INJECT: Speed Read+ Premium, you agree to the following terms required by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the original subscription price.
• Management: You may manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Article 4: Intellectual Property

All code, design, branding, and original content within INJECT: Speed Read+ is the exclusive property of Void Cognitive Systems LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without explicit written permission.

Article 5: Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Void Cognitive Systems LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App. We do not guarantee that the RSVP engine or reading configurations will meet your specific cognitive or accessibility requirements.

Article 6: Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Void Cognitive Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; or (b) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Article 7: Other Provisions

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
